1) Official Sweepstakes Rules

No purchase is necessary. One entry per person. Referral relationship or shared clients do not increase your chances of winning. Customer status does not affect the probability of winning.

The Sweepstakes begins at 8:00 am EST on June 1, 2026 and ends at 8:00 pm EST on July 6, 2026 (Sweepstakes Period).

  • 1a) How to Enter: Eligible participants (each, an Entrant) may enter during the Sweepstakes period by either:
    • i) Visiting the designated website, either by scanning the QR code or entering the URL, and completing and submitting the online entry form; or
    • ii) Mailing a postcard with your first and last name, phone number and email address to First Federal Bank Attn: Melissa Redon at 4705 W Hwy 90, Lake City, FL 32055. Your entry date is the date Sponsor receives your entry at this address. Each mail-in entry must be hand printed, mailed individually, and bear sufficient postage. You must provide all required information to be eligible to enter to win. Mailed in entries must be received prior to the end of the Sweepstakes Period.
  • 1b) Prize/Odds: One (1) Prize will be awarded, consisting of one (1) $250 VISA® Gift Card and First Federal Bank (FFB) branded items. VISA® gift cards are subject to the terms and conditions of the issuer. No substitutions or transfer of prize permitted. Sponsor has purchased the prize from an authorized seller. VISA® is not a participant in this Sweepstakes and the prize is in no way an endorsement to or from VISA®. Winner is responsible for payment of taxes on prize and for any other expenses not specified. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the sweepstakes.
  • 1c) Eligibility: No purchase necessary. One entry per person. Open to legal residents of the United States, and United States Territories who are 18 years of age or older. Employees of First Federal and their family members are not eligible to participate or win. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Contest subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. By participating in this contest, entrants agree to be bound by the rules and regulations, which shall be final.
  • 1d) How to Claim Prize: Winner will be notified by telephone or private email message on or about July 10, 2026.
  • 1e) Limitation of Liability: First Federal Bank is not responsible for printing or typographical errors in any contest related materials or stolen, lost, late, misdirected, damaged, incomplete, or illegible sweepstake entries. First Federal Bank will have no liability or responsibility for any claim arising in connection with participation in this contest or any prize awarded.
  • 1f) Winner List: For name of winner, send a stamped, self-addressed envelope to “First Federal Bank” Contest Winner, 4705 W Hwy 90, Lake City, FL 32055. Requests must be received by July 3, 2026.
  • 1g) Sponsor: First Federal Bank is donating the entirety of the prize where the total approximate retail value (ARV) of all prizes is $250, excluding FFB branded items. Actual value of branded items may vary.
  • 1h) Privacy Policy: All information provided to First Federal Bank is held in strict confidence and will not be given to a third party. Any information sent to, shared with, or collected by the Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes shall be subject to Sponsors Privacy Policy, for more information on our privacy practices, and how we are committed to protecting and respecting your privacy, please review our Privacy Policy. If you opt-in to receive emails your information will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy. If you decide not to opt-in, this will not affect your ability to enter the Sweepstakes or your odds of winning the prize in the Sweepstakes.

2) Relationship Builder Loan Program

For new business customers only, for commercial owner-occupied real estate loans and certain commercial real estate loans. Policy loan to value, credit scores, and repayment terms will apply. Amortization will be based on First Federal Bank loan policy. 0.5% origination fee applies. Loan approval rates are subject to credit underwriting and approval. Additional terms and conditions apply. There is a tiered fixed rate of 6.49% APR for the first 2 years then repricing every 3 years based on the 3-year Constant Maturing Treasury (CMT) plus 300 basis points. The Annual Percentage Rate (APR) is current as of 8/1/25 and is subject to change without notice. To receive the advertised rate, the following requirements must be met: open a business account, sign up for automatic payments, and enroll in eStatements. Rate increases by 0.25% for each requirement not met. All payments include principal and interest. First Federal existing loans are not eligible for this promotion.

Eligible property types are shown for illustrative purposes only and represent categories that may be considered for commercial real estate financing. This is not an exhaustive list, and inclusion of a category does not guarantee eligibility, approval, or an offer of credit.
