Chris began in the mortgage industry in 2009 while pursuing his Masters in Education, Sport Management & Leadership at Jacksonville University. The 18 month pilot program really tested task management and team work in the Education and Leadership disciplines. In 2015, he received a Master of Organization Leadership, also from Jacksonville University. His formal education combined with his past military and banking experience have helped him build a solid foundation. This foundation helps him focus on the customer’s needs and able to think outside the box to come up with multiple solutions for his customers.
As a veteran, attention to detail is key part of his success. Chris wants to make sure each customer understands every part of the process and that he is available at any time for questions – day or night. Chris says, "An informed customer helps build trust and makes them feel more comfortable with a transaction of this magnitude."
Chris is happily married to his lovely wife Yana and has two children, Haley and Dylan. Away from work, he enjoys sports, helping to coach his children in soccer, and spending time with family and friends.
Lucas joined the mortgage industry in 2009, after graduating summa cum laude from the University of North Florida. While his degree in Political Science doesn't directly relate to home loans, Lucas found his experience, hard work, and dedication in college laid the groundwork for his professional life.
Since his start in 2009, Lucas has helped customers from all walks of life finance the home of their dreams. While each customer is unique, it's likely Lucas has worked with a situation similar to yours before and can find the mortgage solution that will best fit your life.
After getting married in May of 2016, Lucas and his wife Charlotte set down permanent roots in the Riverside area of Jacksonville, FL. He is here for the long-run, and won't approach any customer as a transaction. Instead, he sees working with his clients as an opportunity to build lasting relationships, even past the closing table. He looks forward to meeting new clients and becoming their go-to mortgage professional.
Before her start in the mortgage world, Shelly graduated from University of North Florida with a Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations. Her passion for her customers is paramount and she thrives on being there for her customers every step of the way.
She takes pride in her work and believes that good customer service and open communication is the key to a smooth loan process. “Communication is the most important aspect of what I do. If I don’t keep my customer informed, they lose trust and I can’t have that. Helping my customers is what means the most to me!”
Her vast experience in the mortgage industry means she is well versed in many different loan programs from traditional loans to construction loans. Her knowledge and dedication to each customer is apparent from the beginning. Whether it is your first time buying a home or your 10th time, Shelly will help every step of the way.
Shelly resides in Jacksonville, Florida with her fiancé David and their two dogs Nori and Koda. Away from work, Shelly enjoys traveling, spending time with family and friends, and most of all planning for her wedding!
In 2013, Lorenc graduated from Florida State College at Jacksonville with an Associates degree in Business Administration. In 2015, he graduated from the University of North Florida with a Bachelor's degree in Finance with a concentration in Investments. His passion for finance and commitment to helping clients led him to start his career in the mortgage industry in 2016. He loves being able to help his clientws achieve financial stability.
Lorenc recognizes that getting a mortgage can be quite an overwhelming process, especially for first-time buyers and people building their new home. But he also believes that financing your home shouldn't be overwhelming. It's important to understand every step of the proces, and it's his job to guide you through every step of the way.
While Lorenc is not in the office, he enjoys reading financial literature, working out, and spending time with family and friends.
Chris has been in the mortgage industry since 2012 and has worked in the real estate field since 2009. Chris’ passion for the real estate and mortgages is evident in his work and dedication to his customers.
His degree in Public and Interpersonal Communication from the University of South Florida, and his years on the Savannah State University baseball team, laid the foundation for him to know how to connect with his customers on a special level. “As a baseball player in college, we were taught about competitiveness, sacrifice and teamwork and I quickly realized those same traits can be applied to the loan origination process. My goal is simple: never miss a closing date and ensure my customers are satisfied from start to finish through effective communication”.
When not in the office, Chris, along with his lovely wife Melissa, can usually be found on the water enjoying some fishing.
Harley holds a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology with a minor in Ethics from the University of North Florida. This foundation, coupled with his previous experience as a project manager, allows Harley to diligently and compassionately walk his customers through the loan process.
He is dedicated to taking a step by step approach to helping the customer understand the process along the way. “As a mortgage loan officer, my most important project is helping families finance their dream home while building lasting relationships with our customers.”
Harley currently lives in West Palm Beach with his girlfriend Taylor, and their dog McKenzie and cat Zena. When not working, Harley could be doing a variety of things from playing soccer to working on his car or motorcycle.
