You can sign up for eStatement within Online Banking. Click on "Profile" in the upper right corner, then you can edit your Electronic Statement preferences. 

To dispute a debit or credit card transaction, fill out our Transaction Dispute Form. Someone from the bank will contact you within 1 business day to get any additional information needed to resolve the dispute. 
Yes! When you travel out of the state or country and try to use your debit card, our system sees these purchases and flags them as being unusual. In some cases, this can lead to your debit card being placed on hold. To avoid this problem, fill out our Travel Notification Form, or call the bank before your trip to let us know where you're headed.

Our Online Banking uses multiple levels of security to make sure your information is safe. We use a combination of password-controlled entry, Verisign issued Digital ID, SSL protocol, and an advanced firewall to keep you safe. 
Generally, express transfers made prior to 7:00 p.m. EST on regular business days are credited that same day. Transfers made after 7:00 p.m. EST are credited on the next regular business day.

Yes! The bank offers both debit and credit card rewards. All of our debit cards are eligible for rewards, but only our Rewards Credit Cards are eligible. If you’d like to sign up, go to the UChoose Rewards website, create a new account and register your card. Once you’ve done that, you can return to the site any time to check how many points you have, check for online point specials, or redeem your points for travel, gifts, or cash.
